It is good and easy to use it but in this version (2.7.5) it always asking to enter your phone number like first time using but before this version it was not like that. On the other hand, it only shows mini statement but it is good if you add it to show minimum 3 months transactions like the app of hellocash shows the transactions of around 5 months and above. I hope you will consider this and improve it soon. Thank you for your consideration

I have never given my email address to COOP Bank of Oromia physically or by online platform. But I received a disturbing dialog box /unremovable which reads as "Email Verification" We've just sent OTP to your email for verification. Please check your inbox and enter the OTP below to confirm your identity." What can I do? I even uninstalled & reinstalled it but couldn't remove. What is the solution? Hence, I can't say anything about the app

I installed it on new phone and it keeps saying Invalid device when it inters OTP for verification. What can I do?
