Ratings and reviews

The app is a good tool to check loads and booking while your away from the desktop but it's been lagging alot lately. Not refreshing pages and loading pages for a long time. Keeps force stopping I have to keep logging in. There are some features that I like but there are so many things that need to be worked out .. even if it is a free app , I would pay for an app that had more up to date features and was more savy . To say the last update was 2018 . I think it's high time for some changes

Should allow fingerprint or pin login. Should not have the log off button located in the same place as the home button. Should save last 5-10 cities typed in. Should be able to show 20-50 loads per page. Preassignments should show trip number in the rate info tab so that they can be screenshot together. Should be able to sort by pickup date/time or delivery date/time. The app just feels outdated and not super user friendly. A laptop is still the better method for booking loads

I find the app prety good, I've read most of coments and I don't experiance the problems most are stating. my wife is able to search and book loads from home or when travelling as a passenger. yes the mileage are off at times, but that's because houshold movers guide is used zip Code to zip code. I have actually forgotten how to use the web browser site as I use this app exclusively, it's simple easy to read and quick. one feature I do miss is the ability to search multiple state destinations.
