GETTING STARTED

If you have existing credentials from our customer website, you can use those same credentials to log into the app. Otherwise, create your user profile by selecting Sign Up once you have completed the download.

Ratings and reviews

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this app. I just downloaded it, put in the information as needed and my payment went through just fine. The 1 star reviews must be from people who have no clue of how to pay bills or what their own debit card or bank info is.

Literally can't sign in. They are forcing me to use their express phone line. Everytime I try to sign in it says "can't validate credentials", and I can't change the password, as I'm prompted with an error message.

Every time I try to post a payment it says error has occurred. Pretty frustrating.
