Useless. Multiple times now I've booked and shown up with wait time being substantially different than what was "calculated", assuming the reservation even gets pushed to the franchise. Even now, the app shows my appointment in 3 minutes and the franchise is >30. It would be somewhat forgivable if the app updated to match - which isn't that hard - but this was the last time I'm even going to try.

Pure garbage. I started getting haircuts at my local TGs last year and I really like the service, but the app makes it really difficult to get a decent appointment. I hate that most times, the appointment sets itself late and I get a call from the shop asking me why I am not there. They are always understanding, but it's not fair to customers and the staff that the app just doesn't work well. I mean, great clips has a better app and that should be every reason for Tommy guns to make a new one

Worst app I have ever used. It ahould be shutdown and a new one started from scratch. Not once have I been able to check in with the app and have it show up at the location despite showing as confirmed in the app. Tried to check in 2 days ago, got the confirmation and headed to my favorite location with my prefered stylist only to arrive 15 minutes later without my check-in showing up and my stylist heading home in 20 minutes. Wasted a ton of gas for nothing.
