I have an account and can login through an email but the app says I don't have an account it's really annoying

Hardly ever works properly, along with the Showclix program itself. A very flawed ticketing system that has long been in desperate need of repair. The exhibit I work for is constantly having issues with it.

I literally just tried this program right now and entered the password that I put it on the showclix website. It's still not working even though it's been over a year since they last updated it.
