About this app

Interpreterslive! video interpreting application is power by Starleaf and provides the Deaf community who use British Sign Language as their first or preferred language, with access to an on-demand video interpreting service to enable them to contact organisations over the phone via a BSL video relay Interpreter. We developed the Interpreterslive! app to make it easier for the Deaf community to with one click call an organisation that is accessible in BSL using the Interpreterslive! directory. The app also enables the user to click to call an Interpreter, pre-book a video interpreter or in-person Interpreter, feedback, view FAQ and find out information on government Access to Work scheme to support them in work, all in one place. Service users found it difficult before the app to find the companies they could call and even call the Interpreter, this app ensures all their requirements are in one location.
