After update the lastest version, my saldo balance can't see, failed to load balance, your asset is safe, I try to play store there no update need. Help fix that, because I need to pay using this platform, if I don't my balance, how I can pay my bill. FIX THAT ASAP.

Updated the phone OS and everything was factory reset. Trying to reinstall this app and all userflows asks for a scan of the old phone. Can't work as I have only this one phone. Totally braindead design. Stooopidest user experience. Only giving 1 star because can't give 0. Nitwits!!!
