There's no good thing to say about this app. The sign-in process doesn't work properly since the OTP doesn't come for hours. Cannot pick the model of the machine, because the menu takes ages to populate. The api used to select the location of the service doesn't let you pick the location, it just let you view the map. And once you somehow create the ticket/job you cannot go and view the status or the history of it because an unknown error has occurred. This is not a good customer experienc

Although submitting service requests and history check features are good, the technician did not came on the scheduled date and but event says "Assigned", and contact number is not correct (when dialed in the number is shown as 62). Had to call hotline twice to get an update. In summary, there is no option in the app to follow up when technician is not responding. Please implement an in-app procedure to follow up the status of the request and fix the contact number bug.
