I liked the app for about a week (4stars). It's still new to me. Now it's decided it doesn't like working. As soon as I click on "sign in," the whole screen goes grey and nothing happens. It's frustrating (to say the least) that this happens to an app I pay for. Mind you, this is THE only app I pay a monthly fee for, and this is the 1st month I've paid. Very disappointed...I haven't even seen all the features yet, and it's unusable. Cancellation imminent if I can't get this resolved.

I love the computer app but on the phone it's not the best. The layers look completely different than on the computer (for the worse) and the layers disappear when you zoom in. Still giving 5 stars because I'm sure they'll fix it and overall it's still a great app, but it needs some work on mobile.

Pretty glitchy. When you zoom in or out you'll lose some of the contours, usually the red or yellow ones will totally disappear. I've tried to toggle on/off the smart spots to see if they reappear and that doesn't work either. For $10/mo I expected less glitches.
