■ Main function
1) Find and pay for your courier service without a verification number
You can see all the couriers delivered to you from within the app. You can find a courier with a simple touch, you do not need to remember the verification number, you can easily make payments through the app even if a fee is charged.
2) Find a courier service by security number
If you have delivered your product using a security number at the place of purchase, the authorization number may not arrive at the purchaser. The app will help you find a courier without a verification number if you only know the security number.
※ For the security number, please contact the place of purchase (shopping mall) or the courier company.
3) Finding wrongly sent authentication number
When storing your parcel delivery, we can help you find the parcel delivery service only if you accidentally entered a single digit in your number or changed two digits back and forth.
4) reopen
After finding the courier, you can reopen the same ship within 60 seconds.
5) KakaoTalk Inquiry
If you can not find the above method, you can simply request a verification number through KakaoTalk inquiry.
※ It may take some waiting time.
■ How to use
1. Select a zone (location) for the first run. * You can change it again at any time in the Settings menu.
2. You can check all the courier delivered to you from the list of delivery on the main screen.
3. Touch the courier you want to find for more information.
4. Touch the Open button to open the selected bin and find the courier. (But payment is required if a fee is charged)
■ Note
1. Courier delivered to a similar number (incorrect authentication number) is automatically recognized and added to the delivery list.
2. If the security number, please use the "Find by security" function at the bottom of the screen.
※ In case of similar / safe number, you can use the search function only near the ship.
3. Support 4 languages.
4. You can request a verification number from the KakaoTalk plus friend chat room by touching [Find authentication number with KakaoTalk].
