This has got to be the worst kind of upgrade to an app. This is certainly a downgrade from the previous app. The app runs slower, the new map does not have as much location as Google Map has, navigation is pathetic which also calculates higher fare, in my last 2/2 trips I made the payment online on the app but it would not reflect on the drivers app and I had to wait till it did. I suggest the company to go back to the previous app or else you're going to start losing customers soon. IMPROVE! 👎

The wost cab service i have ever experienced. 1. It shows cab at exact your location citing that cab is 1 min away. Which has to be deliberately integrate in app. 2. I scheduled a ride 1 day in advance and at exact moment it says no drivers available nearby. 3. Tried calling customer care multiple times but for ~30mins could not able to call reach them. I think google should de-list this app from app store as this app givea misleading info and does not fulfill advertised function.

Initially I used to like this app. But nowadays this is also showing its true colours like others. From the past few days experience I have noticed that the driver never cares to accept the ride even though they remain available in the near vicinity(2 to 3 minutes away). On complaining about it We rarely got any help from the customer care side as well. The 'schedule ride' feature is simply nonsense. It's just a great show off. And ofcourse The map feature is not to be mentioned about.
