I have an NRE account. I changed my cellphone and now can't even login as it requires my number to be connected. It just keeps on sending message, which I can see as encrypted text in my messages, but does nothing to login, ending in failure. I switched off RCS messaging but that does not do anything either. Neither can I enter any OTP as another way. Thus, I can't even access my portfolio on App. Can the developers please test application before pushing out the updates and no alternatives?

Waited for few weeks and reinstalled the app. Going good so far. Was able to register with pin and biometric. Revising to 3. OLD- This app was good few months back but very annoying these days. First it keeps asking permission for my phone state..not sure why. Secondly, when clicked on account the details do not load 90% of the time. It just keeps spinning..hope they fix it soon.. Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version and now can't login at all. Revising rating to 1 because i can't give 0.

Does not let me do anything. It keeps popping up with a "Phone State Permission" Required, Not sure what that is. You might want to think about sending a user understandable message. Asks for permission to read my SMS for setting up a login pin. Not sure why the app needs this, I can type in the OTP myself when prompted. I am not comfortable providing permission to read my SMS to any third party.
