Ratings and reviews

didn't get the promised 25k miles on activation. there is no navigation. activation guide could be more helpful and actually describe a) the sticker you're looking for and b) the reason it NEEDS to have background location access. Tracking works fine, but the miles are a marketing gymmick. The app shows the battery full when the scooter says 3/4, which means it's already at around 30% and won't go much farther.

Scooter great.... development team disappointed on the app. Rides not recorded....although the scooters kilometres are .....strange.... support email unfortunately not helpful at all with a basic...wait for another update. Its your phone....update 2 months later .....goes from bad to worse. Disconnects crashes and records less than 50 per cent of the miles ridden. Only light is the actual hardware. Swiss seem great at building...less so in the app

It's a really good app I had originally rated it 5 stars but due to some bugs I've changed it to 3*. Maps doesn't allow to put in the location where I want to go, it just kind of flashes. And the last 5 or 6 rides it keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth and not saving my rides.. which in turn I'm not getting any eflow points. Once these issues are resolved i would rate it 5/5
