This used to be user friendly and simple. Now, it won't even load. Shuts right down. Installed SB card control as an alternate, but that app keeps crashing, not responding, or just shuts down. That won't work either. Junk app! Fix it please, or me and so many others will just use PayPal or Venmo.

Solvay Bk has always been so helpful & the staff ready to straighten things out when i can' t! I leave my rating the same. Best bank & staff in the area. Now I'm able to handle all my payments by having my accounts so easy to access. I will give the same outstanding rate now. Always available to help with information organizations require. #1 with me. I am housebound so being able to do all my banking by phone is very valuable!

Looking up my account balances, making payments to credit cards, utilities, internet and phone companies...all with a touch of my screen. Super easy (and this coming from the least tech savvy senior you'll ever meet!). Luv my Solvay app.
