About this app

CE5 Contact provides instructions and tools to assist you in making peaceful contact with extraterrestrial civilizations as well as locating others in your area who are interested in making contact.

The CE5 protocols were developed by Dr. Steven Greer, one of the world’s foremost authorities on the subject of UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence and technologies, and initiating peaceful contact with interstellar civilizations. Dr. Greer’s relentless efforts towards the disclosure of classified UFO/ET information have inspired millions of supporters around the world.

App features:

- Official training materials developed by Dr. Greer
- CE5 Guide, which provides an overview of all topics surrounding CE5
- CE5 Process, which walks users step-by-step through all aspects of initiating CE5
- Built-in networking functionality for finding and messaging others interested in CE5
- Comprehensive equipment list
- Extensive library with video, images, audio samples, and meditations

Notes:

For active use of the app outdoors during CE5 work where connectivity may be limited, CE5 Contact includes offline mode for the CE5 Process section as well as local storage of previously visited pages or played/downloaded content. CE5 Contact 2.0 and later also allows users to manually download tones and meditations from the Library.

Certain sections of the app require an active internet connection, including user sign-up / profile editing, networking, and messaging.

Disappointed that you have to enable HIGH accuracy GPS location to use the networking features - why is high accuracy needed? If you try and use lower (or default) location accuracy mode the app will keep telling you that you need to enable location services. I'd rather not have random people showing up at my front door. I would like to participate and communicate with other people who are in the same country (similarly I am not interested in knowing precisely where others live). seems unfair.

The app is great. It has really helped me learn to clear my mind and focus my thoughts. I purchased it because I want to explore what we are capable of, with the hope of expanding my understanding of what it means to be aware. My only complaint is that the app will randomly resume playing whatever meditation or tone I was listening to last. It happens if I close the app without exiting the library. If I close the app at the main screen it doesn't happen. Other than that, I love it.

Got It Working! I had the same problem that many people described as a "spinning circle" on a blank page, but I was able to solve it. Simply turn on location on your phone, then use a familiar app such as a navigation system (like Maps) to make sure location is working, then switch back to the CE5 Contact app and everything should work fine. Note to developers: Please fix this bug by simply having the app prompt the user to turn on location. Don't let your awesome app gain a bad reputation!

Thanks for the info and glad you got it working. The app needs the location setting enabled (at the phone level) as well as at the app level (for the map screen / networking). The first time the app is installed and you go into Networking, it should ask you for location permissions. If not - your workaround is an interesting one. Thanks!
