Not good. The app charges you twice for the delivery charges. I had placed an order and wanted to add some more items. The app said you can add without any delivery charges, however the additional items were captured as new order and additional separate delivery charges were charged. FYI, the time between the two orders was just about 4 - 5 minutes. I did raised it up with the customer support team but they just closed out the issue from their end without providing any resolution.

I have had a consistently poor experience with this service. There are high delivery charges, and many of my orders have arrived damaged or with missing items. Although I have submitted multiple requests for refunds, I have never received any. I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and resolution from their customer service.

Rudeness at its peak! No support, No help! It is impossible to get in touch with their customer care support. And even if you do, they simply disconnect your call on your face. They send you rotten, expired, stale products and then ask you to share images. After doing all that, they simply deny that they haven't received any mail or images. It is height of lies and LOOT.
