This first version of our photo mushroom detection app requires a little basic knowledge and common sense when collecting and identifying mushrooms with this app. A total of 350 species of mushrooms are shown in 2,520 pictures.

The operation of a nature app is often complicated - not with our proven SUNBIRD apps - the clear and simple menu navigation and the excellent photos also distinguish this app! This app deliberately did not use rare species that only confuse the determination.
The app was developed by a doctorate in biology with over 30 years of mushroom collecting experience. This experience helps even the inexperienced user to distinguish safely edible mushrooms from their poisonous doppelgangers in the field. He learns under which trees which mushrooms grow and receives a lot of important information in the extensive texts on each species.
*** A traffic light color code immediately draws attention to an edible, inedible or poisonous mushroom! ***
Every mushroom can be searched for by its German or scientific name. The mushrooms can be sorted according to relationship, edibility or alphabetically.
