I've been using this app for the last couple of years. It has been great however recently problems have arisen. It does not block my notifications consistently, it causes an inadvertent buzzing on my phone (S21) that only goes away when I kill that in the background, and after investigating ive found it hasnt really updated in several years. Id love to give it higher stars, but the lack of upkeep stops me from recommending it. Its good, just not as great as it was.

Was a 5-star app before needed paid subscription. I've been using this app for month. Loved it because instead of simply blocking notifications, it'd show me what I missed a specific times in the day. I really need an app that could do both, not just block. I didn't realize it was only a free trial until a few days ago. The app is useful, but I wish it was more clear from the beginning that it was only a trial. I really had no idea it was a trial since I'd had it for months.

Yes, it's expensive, but it's far and away the best solution I've found for notification management. It allows you to let through specific users (like a spouse or family - no other app I've seen does this) and apps. The UI is crystal clear and easy to use. Notifs come in a few times a day in a configurable way. It really makes my relationship with my phone far better, and that is easily worth $30 to me.
