With the Oxxio App you are in charge of your own energy. You can see exactly how much energy you use and what it costs, you can make changes yourself and chat with us 24/7.

In the app you can see exactly how much electricity and gas you are using. It is full of smart insights, such as consumption per day, or even per type of device. That will help you catch energy guzzlers. And makes saving a lot easier.

With the Annual Check you find out whether your installment amount matches your energy consumption. And how you arrive at your annual bill. If adjustments are necessary, the Annual Check will advise you on an appropriate installment amount.

You can increase or decrease your installment amount in the app itself. View and pay your bills. And you can also change your data in no time. Exactly when it suits you.

Do you need us? With the app, help is always close at hand. The chat is the easiest way to get answers to your energy questions. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ratings and reviews

The app has more or less most of the things a customer (or me) would expect to see in it. The app malfunctions a bit and there are long periods of time (weeks) in which visualizing your consumptions is not possible. Sometimes it crashes a bit but often a reset solves it. I would say to the developers; please get a bit serious on it and make it work consistently. Some of us have solar panels and like to see on a regular basis how consumption/production is going. The new app is a piece of junk.

Its a great app. Can be accessed from everywhere easily.

The latest major"update"of the app is a real disaster, difficult to get anything useful out of it, always part of the text is being chopped off specially on the daily and monthly charts, Im using Oxxio as my energy provider for 2+ years now mainly because of there app (old version of course) and Im waiting for monthes already even on a variable rate without a contract hopping that they will fix this app, restore the clear old version for example. Now Im looking for energy provider with nice app
