First bad experience. Spent more money that I have been offered, got bad attitude from customer service when I told them. cleaner also didn't receive my full requirements that I checked off my order. Had to call customer service to sort it out. No future plan to use this app as I don't feel comfortable that I actually will get what I bargain for or good service for that matter. Would be good to pay in-app, then our bargain would be guaranteed , and to show reviews of cleaners for us to choose.

Totally waste of time and money...they don't care to even communicate with you to solve any problem even if the service was terrible and very bad and the attitude of workers is horrible,even if you gave a negative feedback with details and asked them to contact you..they don't!!

Unprofessional. No way to evaluate the service in application. Ordered home cleaning and specifically requested an experienced maid. They sent a terrible rookie. Couldn't kick her out as I was tight on time. Take my advice and get someone you know can do the job well. Wish I saw the other reviews before I used the service.
