if there's a gun pointed at you and you Rely on NFC banking App to initiate a transaction and pay to be free then you may not survive. I wish I could give just half a star. your banking App is frustrating

A solid 1 star. nothing works here. OTP never arrives on time. Balance is mostly inaccurate. Do better.

The app is unreliable. A lot of interesting features which would have made it awesome if they actually worked. Mobile airtime or data purchases doesn't work: "payment vérification failed" all the time. Cash out through Mobile Money indicates that transaction was successful, and yet the money doesn't go through. I like your bank, but I may have to switch cuz your app is not functional, and I'm big on online transactions.
