Rip off insurance company. Did not give them permission to hold my bank card details. This is a data breach. Turned off auto renewal. Trying to take money. Their 21 day notice was never received. With 3 days to go they are saying it can't be canceled. Letting my bank know this is a fraudulent transaction.

The app would not let me update my car details, got a privage reg and tried updating car details but the app would not let me update details at all, would not show me highlighted button to press to update, uber app asking for updated details and are threatening to blacklist my account due to not getting details om time, app is not working at all when i need it the most!!!

I have no issue with the insurance itself but I am no impressed how it's not easy to get through to anyone. More frustratingly they increased my cost without any notification
