Are you planning a move, or have moved recently, and feel overwhelmed by all the boxes? Here is an app for you that will help you organize and take control of your move. Keep track of your boxes and their contents, pictures, and descriptions, and search quickly as you find and unpack boxes after you move. We built it for ourselves when we moved, and it was a great feeling to know exactly where our things were, and exactly how much we had left to unpack. Check this one out!

Permissions:
* Read and Write external storage - to backup and restore your moves
* Internet access - to backup and restore with Dropbox
* Record audio - used by the voice control feature (this can be disabled in the settings)

Now includes tracking of volume and value of your boxes - as requested by our reviewers, we now have the ability for you to indicate the value and/or volume of each box. The total value and volume are reported for each move in the main screen. The system will try to guess the currency and volume symbols automatically but you can change them in the settings.

I've used this app for several moves and I love it! This most recent move was made so much easier with the ability to add photos to the boxes contents. We had a lot of paintings and being able to add a photo of the painting was awesome. Super easy to use and extremely helpful 👍 would be great if it would be able to sort ascending and decending.

The app is precisely what you want: a box inventory solution for moving. It allows you to easily list contents, take pictures, and print and track labels. I like the cloud *backup* feature but would give this a 5-star all day long if it included cloud *sync*. To "sync" between devices, only one can really be in use at any one time - you must backup a move (and box list) on device A, then restore on device B and only use that device to add or modify boxes. For that updated move to be updated on Device A, then, Device B must backup to the cloud and then Device A must restore. It would be far far better if moves would sync. Other than that - precisely what i was looking for.

this is second time I am using this app..this time, I actually am able to do a real multi user move. I noticed, I can backup and restore from dropbox. but the app creates s new backup file with timestamp. if I am packing downstairs with phone a and do a backup, I get file 1 created. a person doing packing on another floor with another phone will add his boxes and backup. they create new file..instead, if there is a merge feature like a version control software, having millions backup files can be

- Fixed a bug that made the app unlink from Dropbox after 4 hours
- Updated the app info to show that the Pro version only supports Android 5+
**Note about backups:** To comply with new Android security requirements, we have changed how this app stores backups when not linked to Dropbox. Backups created when not linked to Dropbox will be deleted (by default) when the app is uninstalled. You can still access backups created with older versions of Moving Organizer.
