Ratings and reviews

I only have this because of my insurance company. Some of its ratings don't seem attached to reality. For trips where I don't even touch my phone while driving, my phone score is not 100. I don't think it's possible to get 100 on that metric. Also, I get penalized for hard braking and fast acceleration. For me to get better scores on these, I would have to brake such that I'd wear them out quicker and accelerate such that it would prob piss off other drivers.

New AAA car insurance customer. Ok, 1st, phone on/in Mount does nothing, numbers still different everytime (and NO, I am not touching and it's in airplane mode) . 2nd, for instance, today, 5-14-24, on my way home from work, it scored me 73 on speed. There is NO indicator on where I supposedly sped on my trip (map, shows blue line, and I know what you are talking about). And I did not speed, plus life 360 shows my top speed and I never went over any speed limits.

This app is in need of a serious overhaul of improvement. As other reviews have noted, the "smooth driving " is rated harshly despite normal driving practices. This app apparently needs to have the phone in optimal battery mode to work properly. That means never putting your phone in power saving mode. This may not always be possible if phones work in day to day routine moods, such as work or sleep mode.
