user experience is so bad. couldn't set my delivery address without having location on, and I didn't want it delivered to my home. ordered cat food, item in cart had photo of cat food but description was for dog food, so I had no idea what I would receive, thank goodness it was cat food. couldn't set expiry date for my credit card so had to use Snapscan for payment.

Using this app has made comparing prices and buying dog food very easy. Their dog food prices are excellent. On top of that, is the bonus of same day delivery. I sent a message on the app chat to follow up on my order. The person responded almost immediately, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this app and company. service and prices are phenominal

I recently bought two bags of dog food. Both bags were concerning. One had a terrible odor and after feeding it to my dog, his allergies worsened, even though the food was hypoallergenic. The other bag, which I’ve bought before, smelled off and very different to the last product raising concerns it was spoiled. When I contacted the company, they were dismissive. I offered to send samples, but they showed no interest. They did offer a refund for one product. Two weeks still waiting.
