First time using Washe and they cancelled on my twice before the 3rd person accepted. Then the estimated time to arrival was inaccurate, it took the person an extra 20 minutes to arrive. I even called him and it was a language barrier between us, so he said text him on the app, but he wasn't very responsive. Then he arrived and started on my vehicle and left the key with me and forgot to wipe the side floor panels. I will use the services again because its convenient and price is reasonable.

so many issues with the app from a sub contractor perspective. 1) I don't know what client im agreeing to before accepting 2) I don't know what service im agreeing to before accepting 3) I don't know the location of the client before accepting. They literally were sending me to a location 25 miles away without informing me of the needed service. Sorry but I'm not looking to drive 45 minutes for 20 dollars after fees. 4) customer support is ineffective. No phone... sorry but very unsatisfied

I rate the service 5 stars - unbeatable value to have professionals come to you to clean your car. A huge convenience. My 3-star rating refers to the app, which needs some small improvements. First, when chatting with a Washer, every word is automatically capitalized as you type (annoying as hell, to be honest). Second, when you are waiting for a Washer to be confirmed, it displays their ETA as 0 minutes, which is confusing. Just some thing's to fix!
