Purchased tickets and then the confirmation page says create an account to use the tickets from the app. Yeah..doesn't work. I have an account and no way to link or find the tickets. I'll just use the confirmation email. And it's required to use and organization when signing up. Why? I don't want to create events, I just want to access my tickets. Poor interface. Can't even delete the account without emailing them.

This app needs help. Tickets i bought 2 months ago for an event this weekend did not show up even thought they showed two months ago when I bought them. Then the app said my emails wasn't valid. Used the forgot password link to set new password. Now the tickets show up. I'm printing out my tickets because I don't trust the app to not screw up this weekend.

Bought some tickets and then tried to use app for convenient tickets management, used the given temporary password to login in and succefully found my tickets. I was wondering why people gave it so low stars, then the problem came: the next time I ran this app, it asked me to change the password, which made sense, however whatever I input, it always complained that there was a network connection error. So basically I got stuck there, can't use my digital tickets anymore. Awful.
