After contacting Topps by email, and jumping through all the hoops, I can now log in and view my archived collection. I was forced to switch away from Google login because that is apparently the problem, I had to uninstall all Topps apps, then reinstall and login with the new way. Not ideal, and idk why they can't resolve this entirely from their side instead of making us do all the extra work. ..as for the app, Im surprised there is no trading feature, but at least I can view my stuff now

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to get the app to work. I have contacted customer service and followed their instructions but it will still not allow me to access my Slam Account, which I'm going to assume now is essentially permanently gone. The whole process discouraged me from continuing to play the other Topps apps for fear they will be inaccessible someday. I try to steer away from one-star reviews, but I'm at a loss at what to do to get the app working.

Normally I don't write reviews. But I'm irritated. Either I'm simply doing something wrong or what. I been a Topps Slam player for a few years now. CAN NOT LOG IN VIA FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE. Can't even get in through email. Changed password multiple times.. I'm really hoping this app gets fixed. Alot of money invested in the Slam game. Even in the Marvel and NHL Topps games. We want to know what's up? We shouldn't be struggling. Figure it out.
