Ratings and reviews

The app or Online account isn't user-friendly for people who claim tolls for work using receipts or tax invoices. App or Online Account needs the ability to pull a tax invoice for each individual top-up payment made. You get *one* chance to generate one, when you make a payment. After that, you can't generate another one. Seeing one line on a monthly statement isn't enough. If Linkt can generate a tax invoice/ receipt for a top-up once, they can generate it again.

Has always been a good app to use. However, disappointed that the new update still doesn't allow you to adjust the payment settings. The top up card can't be changed to another card on the account. Unfortunately you can only update or replace. No option to select card for top up. Hopefully something will be done on next update.

NOT VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. I wanted to use toll going to Canberra but kept giving me Melbourne toll then my amount is suppose to be just $24 but it takes $30. Glad I'm NOT driving down regularly. It's clear instructions to apply but not very good getting a refund back when it over charges. I think is much better how it was done yrs back before! Just threw money in container! We shouldn't have to do this no more!
