Seems like it would be cool, however it continuously crashes. I freshly installed the application twice, cleared all cache data, however it just continuously crashes as soon as I scan a QR code or try to input any data manually such as Mac address and serial number it simply states that it does not exist and cannot connect. Could I get any help setting this up?

So far the app has been incredibly easy to navigate and use.
