Initially when I first used the app, it didn't work. Luckily Clos fixed the initial issue. After doing my first virtual shoot, there were still some problems with retrieving the images from on model's side. This caused delays for my client. Clos did help trouble shoot these issues very quickly. Be aware that things might get a funky when using Android + Apple devices together. It seems like they are trying to remedy these issues across the platforms.

I did my first virtual shoot 2 weeks ago. It went smoothly. Customer was happy with the images. A couple of days back, I did a second virtual shoot. Unfortunately, I could not capture the images. I contacted support team on instagram straight away. I've got immediate response and even did a test together with the support member and my customer. It turns out that the problem lies with my customer's mobile phone.In the end, my customer has to use another mobile for the photoshoot. CLOS is a cool APP for photographers wanting to create virtual shoots. There are some things that can still be improved on. One of the things is taking an image in "horizontal" mode. Hopefully this can be resolved asap. Cheers.
