This App is so bad, I have only been able to access it successfully once, and since then, it keeps reading " error loading data" all the time. I had contacted the customer service once, and all they did was to refer me to online bill payment via phone. For a company as reputable as Videotron, I believe they can do better, and they sure need to work and fix this App for seamless and quality use for their customers as soon as possible. All these reviews can't be ignored. Value your customers

App is bad. (1) I know that my latest balance is in fact a credit balance, yet it displays a balance of $0.00. (2) for Previous invoices it lists them starting in October 2021 and from there goes further back in time to 2014 (with many gaps in between). (3) it is not possible to see latest invoice (nor invoices going back to 2021). Under "Services" which I am currently subscribed to, it shows nothing when clicking on it.

I can't get the app to load. It gets stuck on continuous loop of changing orientation from portrait to landscape and back again. Edit: Clearing storage or reinstalling app doesn't help. This error is most likely due to a bug where my resolution is being detected as too big for a phone and the app going in landscape for tablet use, but then detected as too small for a tablet and switching to portrait. 2024-03: issue is still present.
