The app works fine with my Galaxy A51. No issues pairing to the wifi at all. My only gripes are getting reset back to beginner mode each time and the distance and speed are listed in metric. If there was an option to change to mph and feet for speed, distance, and altitude, I'd give it five stars. I know the US is about the only country that still doesn't use the metric system, but at least give us the option. And of course, the drone itself has range that will exceed 5 ghz wifi (not 5G (cellular) as mentioned in the documentation), so yeah, video may get a bit choppy if you're flying out at max range. But at 37 m (232 ft) altitude, I can barely see it anyways.

I love the sp510. its light and compact. I am not a hobbyist. This was a fun impulse buy. I like how it flies. The app on the other hand is garbage. It crashes mid flight and I lose video feed. The app desperately needs an update. It is so bad that I am willing to return the darn drone because of this... Oh and videos always come out corrupted. Followed all instructions..

For all the reviews saying it's fake and a horrible app and doesn't work with your phone. I use this and it works perfectly for my sp650. It has great range. I went at least 18-28 meters straight up and still had great connection. I use a samsung galaxy s7. This doesnt slow down my phone at all and the wifi connection to the drone is great.
