Im forced to use this due to my company, We often need to be outside of phone signal range and the apps search function is useless at the best of times, plainly it Doesn't work, freezes all the time, no support, no offline access, search function is useless, and doesn't look like they are going to make it any better anything soon, very disappointing and frustrating

Fails to update documents for offline use, extremely slow to open pdf files, only useful if you are connected to internet. Beware, won't work properly unless you have Android 8 or later as advised by my companies tech support but doesn't mention android requirements in playstore. cannot recommend this product. 1/8/19 - still has 71 documents to download. taken 5 weeks and no progress. rubbish app, rubbish support, slower than a turtle. no feedback from Blackberry, just lay the blame on Android. $

Terrible application. Frequently freezes, locks up or crashes. There is no search functionality when out of data range which makes it useless for our job role. Worst product transition our business made ever. I might as well use paper documents.
