Very bad app For the first time I tried to purchase IPO It's not done . Called customer care, but they are least bother to sort out my problem Instead they are telling send mails . What a service .incalled to get prompt service

This is with utter disappointment to say that the app is crashing on frequent basis and i am experiencing this for almost a month. I thought it to be a temporary glitch but now it has become worst. It needs improvement for a smooth trading.

Most stupid app. Not at all user friendly. Unnecessary complications. Wants ToTO each time you want to use the app. It does not give you any TOTP. The one you scan and use is not valid again Relationship managers are clueless and they say, just skip to but there is no option to skip. If ace is shut down and one has to use easy trade, one would be forced to shift the demat account somewhere else rather then this nonsense.
