I've been using TCF for many years, and it was GREAT. However, ever since they created a new interface, it's horrible. It started with small problems that were easily resolved in minutes to now bigger issues that take days to get resolved. It's impossible to run a business like that. App constantly glitches, checklists get lost, pictures disappear, new customer info doesn' save, AND when calling customer service, a woman answers with kid and animal noises in the background (farm noises).

I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps). Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is. Needless to say, I will be switching back as soon as we get to winter & our schedule slows down enough for me to learn how to use it. Customer factor is way better priced than the others, and they are very helpful if you actually reach out to them for assistance. I would highly recommend this app for small service businesses!

Frequent crashes, excessive background battery drain. Functionality is fine, no issues. But TCF keeps running in the background, has halved my battery life, and when I check logs I see crashes and only from TCF. I recommend severely limiting background usage, disabling location services, and when not actively using the app, going to "App Info" and "Force Stop App" every time it's not the active app on your screen.
