If you're thinking of buying any yadea products, don't. The app is broken so all you will have is a several hundred to several thousand dollar ornament. If you've recently purchased one, it's probably not too late for a return/refund

The Yadea app is useless. Their so call support is also useless and or lying about their support. They can't even register your product. With all the information.

I was glad to be part of the fundraising campaign for Yadea's first electric kick scooter, the Elite Prime. And it's fantastic! It looks and feels like a real vehicle, not a toy. But if you're here, you probably already know that. The app is well designed, and reflects the company's commitment to high quality. Thank you Yadea!
