Doing fraudulent in payment transaction. Too many hidden charges in many ways. Customer call service is very worst not able to contact them, automated voice is always hang the call after 2.45mins while waiting in the call. Worried to choose Zaggle as payment partner. Very disappointed.

Absolute Pathetic. The app has potential but needs significant improvements. Every login requires an OTP, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. The transactions don't show up properly, making it difficult to keep track of my activities. Additionally, the UI feels outdated and clunky. A more streamlined and user-friendly design would greatly enhance the experience. Hoping for updates to address these issues.

The app does not provide a smooth and seamless user experience. It can be well segregated to provide faster experience. Specially the home page definitely looks cluttered. Unlike other apps, it definitely does not help the customer who want clean and clear actions to be executed.
