This app doesn't work. Developer needs to fix it. In 2022, the old version worked. My phone is set to auto-update for newer versions so now I have their most recent update that doesn't work. When you go in, you will be able to see your text report but the images will not download. The spinning 'in-progress' icon would keep showing forever. I contacted the developer support listed in Google Play. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. Tried new different phone, same issue.

Instruction is not clear such as touch screen, using which fingers. Full. After going through all the instruction, still not able to view me details. Cannot use my computer to log in. Handphone letters are too small and am using 27 inches screen for my HP Envy 27. Give up to view the details.

While I can log in, I could not see the images of my CT scan. It is like downloading forever. I can see via browser instead.
