Ratings and reviews

You guys have so much potential to rival deliver addis and make it a fierce competitor. The app looks modern and polished but it's so frustrating to use your app, it constantly crashes , the map barely loads on mobile data and I'm overall very disappointed. Put some more effort into the app development or something, one bad experience is all it takes for someone to uninstall the app and look for a better alternative.

It was good back when they started but just as any other business in our country service has gone from bad to worse. 2hrs waiting time every order. Always blaming it on drivers. The food is always cold. Delivery is too pricy as well. Can not get over the 2 hours waiting time tho. If you want your food to arrive after you are dead, this is the app to use. Edit. I was using this app after your reply to see if anythimg changed, it has become even worse. Buskwatam hula

The worst service i have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my location in Bulbula and they cancelled my order(which I paid for) because they don't have delivery man. I'm very disappointed, they had to cancel my order two times in different dates after waiting for long time. I wont recommened anyone to use this site!
