Your data is stored exclusively on the Barmenia servers in Germany and is additionally encrypted in the app.

In the app you can log in with the known access data from the customer portal "Meine Barmenia" or the old "RechnungsApp". A new registration is not necessary.

Don't have access yet? Then register directly in the app. Identification with our partner Nect succeeds within a few minutes. Alternatively, you can request the access data by post.

Horrible experience, such a low quality app. The links received in email don't directly open in app. Nect. Verification is approved now account is blocked for x reason. Almost zero automation and support system, I need to call for everything there is no form concept.

Called them to ask whether or not an incident is covered. They confirmed, that everything is covered, so I had the item repaired at a workshop to get a receipt (otherwise I would have repaired it myself). When I sent the receipt, all the sudden they changed their mind and are no longer willing to reimburse the expense. Cannot recommend. DON'T CHOSE THIS INSURANCE, GET ANOTHER ONE THAT'S HONEST AND RELIABLE.

Unfortunately it doesn't always let me log in and I am not prepared to prove my identity repeatedly through the whole Nect procedure. As soon as possible, I will be changing my insurer.
