Really bad user experience. Lots of unnecessary steps in the booking process that hinder a good user experience ... weird, slow animations (e.g: the ads that show up on the whole screen and have 2 buttons to close them, an X and below "schliesen". The animation (the ad disappearing) is too slow...

This is one of the ugliest, most outdated apps I've seen in a long long time. Basically everything is wrong about it, from design to UX and everything else. And they want me to put my credit card details there. Hell no!

The app doesn't open. The network error right after the first launch and I cannot continue to the next screen, I got stuck.
