Some notes: The app comes bundled with Taegeuk Il Jang, all other forms can be downloaded for free from within the app. To change the video perspective just tap on the left/right/top/bottom edge area of the video. By tapping the middle of the video you can show/hide the video controls.

This Taekwondo patterns looked very simple but when I practicing it. It was very difficult but it take me time before I really got it and understanding it. Therefore, I had very tremendously time learning it myself but I I'll learn 75% from it. Thank you so much Teakwondo sponsors forms for allows me to downloaded it for free.

lovit! Helps greatly with the pattern. Best if you know the basics from class, but for incase you forget your next move or what the name/meaning is, this helped me a lot!
