Settle, the European payments app and digital wallet, is the easiest way to pay and get paid instantly. All you need is a mobile phone number. You can also pay a business, remotely, in stores, in apps or in online shops. It’s as safe as a regular bank transfer, just way quicker! Register in less than a minute.

To start using Settle all you’ll need is:
- A mobile number.

If you want to make use of all Settle features and use cases, you’ll also need:
- A valid national identity card or passport (to send and receive more than €150 per month).
- A payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) issued in the European Union.

With Settle you are able to:
- Send and request money instantly from any mobile number.
- Pay a business using its name, QR code or checkout button, remotely, in physical stores, or web shops.
- Send and receive money instantly cross-border to any mobile number or registered merchant in the European Union, plus Norway.

Settle is always free for consumers when moving money within national borders, either between consumers or when paying a business. Some fees apply when doing currency exchange.

I made a transaction of approximately 1000€ on 05/03/2024. I made similar transactions in the past without any issues. [Edit 13/05/2024] I received a response from Settle support informing me the problem was resolved and that I would receive my funds in the next few days. [Edit 27/05/2024] A month has passed, and I still haven't received the money. Settle stoped replying emails. Support is very bad. I don't know what is happening.

Due to delays in payments from the international payment networks (Visa & MasterCard) certain Settle customers (58 in total) experienced a delay in payouts to their IBAN. All such customers have been informed of this event in the Settle App as well as with push messages. All such payouts have since been performed.

Have used this app for years with no issue BUT I tansferred some money on 29th April to my bank and it's not arrived. Support has not answered any of my emails, help/support pages do not load. A message saying there were delays in Euro payments pops up in app but it says it's now been resovled.....but where is my money?!!! Edit: In answer to reply below I still do not have my money, which I stated above. 2nd Edit - 27th May 2024 - I still have not had my money that I transferred!

Can't proceed with the pin question. As i have noticed, more people had this issue. It would be easier if you could fix it, or just write what to do under the other reviews with the same issue, instead of telling us to commumicate with your support centre.
