This application seems to be lacking in some important features. It does not appear to have a clear process for returning orders, and there are no visible contact details or chat options for customer support. Additionally, it seems that the phone number provided is unresponsive or unavailable when attempting to call. Perhaps there are areas where the application can be improved to better serve.

Overall the app is good prices are competitive. But there are some issue which need to be addressed. 1. If an item is out of stock there is no specific time for it to be re stocked. Secondly The customers should be notified for what the product they are looking for when it is re stocked. 2. There is no way of puttting the address manually in your profile. Everytime the rider is on the wrong location and customer has to feed him the location on the phone.

Update: I think Tabiyat is no more.... Tabiyat is a good app, offering a good discount and a range of medicines. However, some issues need to be addressed. The address section in the app does not offer manual address entry due to this medicines delivered through couriers like TCS often remain undelivered. There is also no option to track or get a tracking ID if it was delivered by a third party. Also, there are some managerial issues to work on.
