Total Scam!!!! Do not use this service. They will charge you for something you don't use. I am in holidays next to the North Cyprus border and they charged me 60€ because my phone connected by chance to the North network. After I spoke to the support to remove this 'by default' option to automatically connect abroad network. I had just 5 seconds of a new connection to figure that I have just been charged 25€ more!!! Use Free, they are more helpful and give you more countries if you travel!

It’s too difficult to open the Apps. When I tried to get a code by my email on the same mobile phone. The apps being inactive. Disgusting.

The application is not suitable for interactions longer than just looking at the traffic used. I tried to place an order on Bbox, and twice my order was reset on the last page; I had to fill out all the forms again! Later I wrote to the operator asking why all possible dates for the rendezvous are unavailable. And the chat was reset just like the orders before! I can no longer return to the dialogue with the operator! Horrible user experience, I am considering choosing a FreeBox instead!
