Navigation is complicated at best, and impossible if you're trying to make a reservation. if you're lucky you can get something in the shopping cart, but there's no way to get to the checkout. of you leave the mobile app and go to the website to complete it shows the site in your shopping cart as "reserved" and you can't complete your purchase. save a headache and just call them.

App on android is only useful for basic info. For more detail or to make reservations, I have to use website. Trail maps will not download and noticed tonight that my husband was looking at a park map on iPhone and it had a 2/22 date. Mine on Android had 2/19 date. There was a difference in campsite info from one map to the other. My app was updated, but still showing an old date. I tried the Email Us function under App Support, but guess what, it didn't work either. 🙄

The app needs to work like the park guide book. We vacation by region, not alphabetically. It should be categorized this way. On the interactive map, all I get are the pins...no roads, no regions, just have to guess! This app is barely OK. An alphabetical list of parks is about as useful as a vacation guide to Europe that lists all the cities alphabetically, not within their country. There are 7 regions in the State Park guidebook for a reason. Categorize the app the same way, please!!!!!
