About this app

The Helsi app is a free online medical service that helps you get all the medical services you need. With Helsi, you can find the right doctor and make an appointment with him even for your relatives, manage your medical records and data, set reminders to take medication.

In the Helsi application you can:
• find a doctor of a public or private medical institution;
• choose a specialist based on rating, experience or reviews;
• sign up for an urgent online consultation;
• sign up for a convenient date and time or sign up relatives;
• view all information about receptions;
• set medication reminders;
• review the lab results and diagnostic reports;
• have access to doctor's appointments and treatment plan;
• find and book discount medication at the nearest pharmacy;
• get access to your electronic medical records;
• sign up for vaccination online;
• quickly find a doctor to conclude a declaration throughout Ukraine.

It will be even easier to keep track of your health and monitor the parameters and biomarkers that are important to you every day, because Helsi integrates with Apple Health and will allow you to view eHealth test results.

The first biomarkers that will be available after integration: weight, height, waist circumference, body fat percentage, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose level, body mass index, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, number of steps, active minutes, sleep, calories burned, and hydration.
Based on these biomarkers, we will provide individual recommendations, help you make informed medical decisions, and you can set your goals and improve your health.

The application is updated daily. Do not forget to update to use the new features of the Helsi service.

Helsi is the biggest medical information system in Ukraine, which is linked to the electronic healthcare system - eHealth. Patients can freely download and use Helsi app at no cost!

Ratings and reviews

Web version doesn't allow documents uploading. Mobile application is no longer functional (unknown error upon login). Just awful.

The last update broke the app. "You have no internet connection" problem. Although I do.

Great step towards digitalization of state medical services. Good app, not without the flaws but gets things done. Praise Yulia the Princess of Support ;)

Take care of yourself with Helsi!
We have added a filter for searching doctors and medical facilities based on your referrals.
For medical facilities that book appointments through the registry, we have added phone numbers and a call button for quick booking.
When viewing the entire schedule of a doctor, we have added the option to show only available slots.
Update now, it’s more convenient with Helsi!
