About this app

"WSD Mobile App" provides updated water supplies information including water bill summary, bill reminder and water suspension notices (subscription on Large Housing Estates basis is newly added). Users are required to log on using their registered user IDs and passwords for Electronic Services of the Water Supplies Department to access the bill summary or bill reminder functions.

Not everything has to have an app and this is living proof. It's designed in such a way you can't even auto fill the login credentials with a password manager because it goes back from the login page the moment you navigate away from it. I'm not surprised how badly designed this is considering the wsd website has its login url nested under 3 sub menus as opposed to having a link on the main header. It shouldn't be this difficult just to pay a bill. The lazy copy and paste response, evident.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I thought that Hong Kong was supposed to be efficient and easy to get things done. I have emailed constantly for taking up an account, but receive no response whatsoever. Even calling the "24 hour hotline" is of no use either. It's not 24 hours. All lines are busy all the time. Stop flossing your teeth in the mirror and popping your pimples and DO YOUR JOB.

Thank you for the comments. Please 1. login our WSD ESD website https://www.esd.wsd.gov.hk/esd/preLogin.do?pageFlag=1 and use the self-service related to account matter, or 2. phone WSD hotline at 2824 5000 then press [1, 0, 0] at 8:45a.m. - 6:30p.m (Monday to Saturday) and contact our Operator .

An app that shows your correct account details. It does not show your correct account balance after 3 months ------ you owe WSD when your payment is all settled.
