Biometric login was broken for well over 2 years with no option to fix it. Transactions don't highlight the amount or the sender/recipient, instead they focus on whether it's a charge or incoming transfer. Finding any one particular transaction is nye-impossible. In-app customer support is perpetually broken and branch offices don't have enough people working at any one time to ensure quick support. Some functions in the branches also still require me to call into the automated telephone system.

Constant error messages, including "130/131 system error, please try again later" at random events (checking your push notifications, trying to sign your prepared loan contract, etc.) - regardless of whether you are connected to a proper wifi or you are banking through your mobile net. All these bugs have persisted for years now, noone seem to care resolving them...
